Define the experience
Agree the audience, programmes, coaching model, workflows, permissions and feature scope for the first deployment.
Mastoria brings trader development, coaching operations and live engagement into one branded product experience. The working beta is already in use at KickStart Trading Desk; independent enterprise deployments are the next productisation stage.
You own the customer relationship and the visible brand. WebFoundry Labs provides the software foundation, implementation planning and an evolving product roadmap.
Agree the audience, programmes, coaching model, workflows, permissions and feature scope for the first deployment.
Apply the business identity, domain, product configuration and tenant boundaries without creating a permanent bespoke code fork.
Roll out deliberately, measure adoption and improve one underlying product as Mastoria evolves.

KickStart Trading Desk is a working beta of the trader-facing experience: plans, guardrails, journals, analytics, review, tools and Market Desk LIVE. That implementation is the product foundation from which Mastoria is being separated into an independently licensable platform.
The commercial architecture does not require copying the application for every customer. The direction is one tenant-aware product with independent branding, domains, permissions, configuration and data boundaries.

The strongest white-label proposition isn't simply a set of trader screens. It's a member destination, a coaching workflow and a more structured way to deliver your firm's support and education.
Coaching oversight. Work from connected trader evidence and prioritise follow-ups.
Member onboarding. Invite traders and support prospect statement assessment.
Branded engagement. Keep plans, reviews, rooms and live sessions together.
Operating continuity. One underlying product roadmap, configured for each partner rather than permanently forked.

The trader experience already exists. The next engineering work is the infrastructure that makes independent business deployments safe, repeatable and configurable.
Trader-facing planning, journal, review, analytics, tools, Market Desk and initial live-room functionality operate today in the first branded implementation.
Tenant identity, server-enforced data boundaries, roles, feature configuration, brand tokens and custom-domain mapping become platform primitives.
A controlled business onboarding flow configures brand, domain, features, coaches, users and launch settings once the tenant foundation is validated.
An iPhone and Android app experience is planned. The distribution model, partner branding options and launch timing remain to be defined; no apps are currently available on either store.
Your logo, visual identity, customer-facing language and deployment domain.
Configure trader journeys, coaching workflows and room access as part of the agreed implementation scope.
Your trader-development proposition, supported by the Mastoria product beneath it.
No. Mastoria is software by WebFoundry Labs for businesses that educate, coach, support or fund traders. It does not execute trades.
No. The intended architecture is one maintained Mastoria platform with tenant-aware configuration and data isolation. Bespoke forks create unnecessary maintenance and security risk.
That is core to the white-label proposition. Those capabilities are being formalised as part of the tenant foundation and must be validated before independent customer deployments go live.
No. Native mobile availability is on the product roadmap; the timing and store distribution approach have not been confirmed. The current working product is browser-based.
Commercial models are being scoped for pilot partners. Pricing can depend on audience size, implementation scope, enabled modules and support requirements.
