What we collect

If you email us about a demonstration or licensing, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address, organisation and message. The enquiry form on this site opens your email application; it does not send your details to a Mastoria website database.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details to respond, arrange discussions and evaluate potential business relationships. We process these details where necessary for your requested correspondence and our legitimate business interests.

Hosting and technical information

Cloudflare helps deliver this website and may process routine technical information, such as IP addresses and request metadata, for hosting, performance and security. This marketing site does not intentionally use advertising trackers or behaviour-profiling cookies.

Retention and your rights

We retain business enquiries only for as long as reasonably necessary for correspondence, any resulting business relationship, and relevant legal obligations. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information, subject to applicable law.

Updates

This notice may change when the website adds new functionality. The privacy terms applicable to each separately licensed Mastoria deployment will be set out in its own commercial and data-processing arrangements.

This is a marketing-site notice. Privacy terms for future multi-tenant customer deployments will require separate legal and technical assessment before those services launch.
